Reporting to Area Manager the candidate is responsible for the efficient operation and supervision of sales and service of the Wiarton branch. Promotes good customer relations by providing high caliber of service to retail customers. Supervise branch staff and works closely with sales staff to attain budgeted sales and bottom line. Departments include farm supplies, hardware, livestock feed and supplies, crop products, garden center, petroleum and propane. Minimum 2 years experience in retail supervision and a background in agriculture, plus diploma/bachelors in agriculture is required. Valid G licence required. Must be able to lift 25kg. Candidate is required to live in the area served by this location. This is a full time salaried position, includes full benefits and pension plan.
